Welcome to my blog. 

Hello, my name is Hailey Castleberry!

I am a graduate of the International Culinary Center, holding a Grand Diploma in Pastry Arts. I plan to continue my education this coming January at NYU pursuing Food Studies. I plan to earn my Ph.D. in this field and teach at a college level.

My favorite movie is Fight Club. My favorite book is Fight Club (Can you tell I love fight club?). I would say that I am a technology pessimist. I'm not a fan of ebooks or texting. There is nothing like a hard copy of a book. It just cannot be replaced.
